Rare Vintage Tiffany & Co. Quilted Puffed Rope Heart Pendant is 925 Sterling Silver and 18 Karat Yellow Gold. Features a Puffed Sterling Silver heart, 18 Karat Yellow Gold Rope Cable embellishment and a quilted appearance. This is a very rare retired piece that is very difficult to come by making it highly sought after and very desirable!!! Even Tiffany & Co. Yorkville here in Toronto loved seeing it and took pictures for their catalogue as it is a rare piece! The Gold Rope Cable wraps around the heart in a a criss-cross pattern. The cable gently embraces the heart creating a quilted effect. A sturdy fixed bail is positioned at the top of the heart all on an 18” chain. 9.999/10 excellent used condition!!!
