Harley Davidson Elowen Boots 10 These are pre-owned and in what I would describe as "good" condition. There are a couple of minor flaws: 1)There is a small, light colored spot on the top of the right boot. Can be covered up with black shoe polish. 2)There is an area of material wear on the top edge of the right boot. 3)There is a little bit of uneven wear on the heels.
