I've had this dress for about a month, and it's only been worn 2 times. It's just not my size, and I had to buy a smaller size, so that's why I'm selling this. It's brand new without tags it has beautiful flutter sleeves and a smocked back. It's stretchy and has pockets and built-in shorts. It's a size medium and would maybe even work for a large.
