Vintage Mouse Mug Artist Terry

Vintage Mouse Mug Artist Terry in fair condition. I am unsure of the exact decade but I would guess probably late 70s or 80s. The name Terry is on there so I am assuming it is the artist. There is a dark mark on the bottom of the cup that I haven't been able to get off because I don't want to damage it that is in the pictures. There is also a small almost invisible chip in the second to last photo.
