Great condition! statement piece. couple it with wild sun glasses, dress it down with some distressed jeans, or wear it in all the glam from the 40s! has pockets. used to have belt, still has belt loops, but no belt. fits womens size 8, maybe a 10. I can confirm this. pit to pit 20/21--fabric is pretty chunky and harder to measure. shoulder to shoulder is 19/20.
