EUC - Ann Taylor Floral Wrap Dress. For the waist, it has a button with an elastic band on the inside of the dress, then a self-tie on the outside. You can adjust the tightness of the waist to an extent (given the elastic band and button), but MY GOODNESS can this dress make the waist look good. It has short, almost cap-sleeves. There is a snap button at the base of the V-neck. There is an inner lining. The skirt portion is very flowy. Perfect to dress up with heels or dress down with a jean jacket and sneakers. Love this dress and sad to part with it! The design is a light red - hard to describe and capture the color due to lighting conditions and the screen it is viewed on.
