Focus on areas like elbows, knees, and ankles. Shave or wax at least 24 hours prior to application to avoid irritation. Application: Wear gloves or use an applicator mitt to prevent staining your hands. Apply a small amount of lotion to the skin. Start with a small area to see how your skin reacts. Use long, smooth strokes to spread the lotion evenly over your body. Make sure to blend well at joints and edges to avoid streaks.
