Hi there. I recently purchased this purse, and after completing the acceptance, I realized the strap on the purse is not the same strap shown in the listing. Can you let me know why that is and if the advertised strap could be sent? Thanks so much!

Hi! I just bought a strap to use with it, so I included the original and the extra strap. Please look inside for the original strap, which is attached to the purse and the free strap unattached. Hope the explanations helpful. Thanks for the purchase.
