This ankle length strapless dress has plenty of tulle over satin. Side zipper. Boning. Some rips in the bottom tulle, but because it’s so full, it isn’t highly noticeable. Added ruffles give it a Cinderella-like quality. Every so often you will see a sparkle of confetti from the last party. Probably was handmade. Could use a cleaning.
