NWT Farm Rio Puff Sleeve Midi Dress purchased from Anthropologie. This dress is brand new, but it has been altered at the sleeves. I had the sleeves taken in less than an inch because they were falling off the shoulders (alterations are shown in photos of back of dress). Wasn’t able to return it after alterations and it’s just a little too loose in the chest. It still fits like a size small and could possibly fit size medium since the waist is flowy.
