@hannajanel the ruched bands at the waist/back are elastic and they stretch! And the wrist ties are adjustable.

@hannajanel I can’t find the exact measurements, but when laying flat it is approximately 17 in. from shoulder to waist and 43 in. from waist to the bottom seam of the skirt. I have uploaded an actual photo!
