Vintage cuff bracelet with blue on top

silver colored cuff bracelet with blue on top. It looks to say Sanfori. I do not think this is Sterling silver. No idea what the metal is. This is a lightweight vintage bracelet sold as is......please look closely at the pictures. I have a small wrist and it is large on my wrist. I do not think that it can be made much smaller without that blue piece popping off of the top. The blue piece seems to be just glued in....but not sure. There seems to be engraving over the side of the bracelet I am not sure what the design is.. This is a pretty piece that definitely needs to be cleaned up I did not attempt to clean it up at all. This vintage bracelet is being sold as is and like I said I don't believe it is Sterling silver and I do not believe it is turquoise but I have no idea.
