Vintage Charlotte Becker, little girl pic

i really don't know a lot about this, maybe a signed print? it is beautiful, appears to be in original green metal frame with gold gilt. see pics. has some. age related guilt wear and a cuffs. the hanger is missing in back. Love these prints for nursery etc.
