Burgundy velvet Gothic peasant dress size XL

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL, my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. by Simplee sz XL stretch velvet peasant style maxi dress with elastic sheared bodice puff shoulders and bell cuffs, matching velvet tie around waist. measurements taken with a garment laid flat, 18 in from underarm to underarm, 16 in from side to side at natural waist, 45 in Long from shoulder to bottom hem, fabric is very stretchy. tried on but never worn and tags are still attached Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
