NWT mermaid core dark brown skirt

+ condition: great, new with tags + description: half zips up side, slit starts mid thigh + size: 14 + fit: probably should be worn medium-low waist because of slit + material: 100% polyester ***tag says java black but this looks dark brown to me, could look black to some approximate measurements + length: 36" + waist: 18" i try my best to have accurate measurements and descriptions that point out flaws. some stains and or small rips could be missed! please wash after purchase.
