NLW Black white stripe romper size Junior XL button front in excellent condition

Black white stripe relaxed romper by NLW in excellent preowned condition. Jr size XL but would work for women's small per actual measurements listed below. Adjustable spaghetti straps, 97% Cotton 3% elastane blend woven fabric with a cotton acetate lining. It doesn't have stretch despite the elastane content, Single button keyhole back closure on the low back, Button front bodice detail. It does have 2.5" long beltloops but the fabric belt is missing. A simple black belt or even ribbon would work as a belt . The belt loops lay flat & are inconspicuous so it looks great without a belt worn loose & casual. The belts shown above are not included.
