Yellow dress

I wore this as a Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) costume. Only worn once and now it is too small. The fabric is quite substantial and it has a lovely heft and stretch to it. The skirt is almost a complete circle. The belt just ties on, there's no loops for it, so it can sit where ever your natural waist is. It has a hidden zipper up the back and is lined.
