Hello, the heater on this device does not work. I contacted Dyson customer service and they said they need an original purchase recipe in order to fix it. Can you send it to me? Thanks

Hello! I'm sorry I don't have a receipt. I purchased this Dyson on Posh from @hudsostovo. (Then realized I didn't need another dryer.) Perhaps she still has the original receipt? Hope this helps!
