laprof1france Why on earth would you ship this necklace so incredibly tangled? It's not like it got tangled during transit. It's going to be extremely difficult to figure out. I hope it doesn't break.

The chain was photographed, put back in the box and sat in my top drawer until it was time to pack and ship to you. If it got tangled after being triple wrapped in bubble wrap in transit then that's what happened. I just KNEW you were going to be a problem customer from the start of the purchase.
