Measurements please? Mainly shoulder seam to shoulder seam, pit to pit and overall length. Also is it dry clean only?

@type1mama shoulder to shoulder is 15.5 inches. Armpit to armpit is 17 inches shoulder seam to bottom of arm in a little over 23 inches
