This is a handmade, plus sized skater style, full skirt. There is no size or brand tag, as this is handmade, but I would guess is about a 2X or 20/22. Waist measures approx 20" from side to side, or a 40" circumference but elastic waistband will provide additional stretch. Waistband is 1.5 inches thick and skirt length is approx 17". Skirt is made from the "Vida de Los Muertos" (cotton) fabric, which translates to "The Life of the Dead" and is from the ALEXANDER HENRY COLLECTION, circa 2008. Skirt is 2 tiered (as seen in pics), has black lace trim detail at the edging of each layer as well as black eyelet fabric just below the waistband. Can be worn with a petticoat for maximum fullness, or without.
