I don't know much about this artist, but he appears to be a 20 th Century American artist who primarily has oil paintings listed for sale. It is 20 x 15. This appears to me to be paint on a thick board, but the antenna details on the top of the building and fence are clearly ink which makes this piece very interesting. It is an original signature in ink and does have some minor wear on the bottom left corner where it must have bent a little in storage. I am pricing it accordingly for that reason. Sorry I don't know more. This could be worth a lot more than I know.
