Navy and White Polka Dot Dress

Very pretty sleeveless dress with ruching down the sides for a flattering fit. It measures 20 inches from armpit to armpit without stretching the stretchy fabric. The dress measures 38 inches from the shoulder to the hem. There is a slit on the right side of the dress. 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
