The hardshell case has a luggage strap on back,working zipper, and attached metal hooks for a shoulder strap. (I do have guitar straps available) The case is in great condition. The only callout is that the handles have softened over time but still work fine. The cross body bag is s by Ez Riana and is in excellent condition. Total retail $$109
