Beautiful VINTAGE Coach Messenger Bag The bag is in well used condition with dings and scratches and water marks from normal use and storage. Note that the top handle is torn but shoulder strap is fine. The bag has a great patina and is fully functional with many years of life left. The item is sold as is. Please review all pictures.

finnella @spicywatermelon Hi! What height of book or binder can fit inside this bag? It's a nice smaller size than others that are also 5266. Can the handle be sewn or is the leather too weak? Thank you.

finnella @spicywatermelon Yes, I saw those measurements and it seems that a 10" wide book may not fit. It looks like there may be 9" to work with since the dowel takes up space. Can the handle be sewn?

spicywatermelon @finnella the inside measures 15 1/2" x 8" x 3 3/4". The leather is soft, so there's a tiny bit of flexibility. I believe you could add a supporting piece behind the handle and use leather glue with stitches to fix it.

finnella @spicywatermelon I wish that I could use the bag immediately, but I called Coach Repair and they charge anywhere from $40 to $160, so I'll have fees to ship it and also to hopefully repair the handle. I hope you understand why I made this offer
