Loft navy and red floral dress sz M

This is a very soft and flowy sleeveless dress that has a tied-to-the-side front section. It makes the dress much more fitted at the waist. The background is navy blue, and it is covered in red flowers. Since I have lost some weight, it no longer fits me. It needs to find a new home. Laying flat pit to pit measures 18 Total length from top of the shoulder is 37
