NWT Altar'd State floral dress

Very stretchy, tiered and smocked mini dress. The dip in the front creates a V neck, and the shirred bit at the waist tucks in to flatter the curves. Adjustable straps, fully lined. The over layer is light, airy, and wonderful for twirling. At the current strap length, it's about 36 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. It has that waist defined, fit and flare, skater style that's good for so many body types! Altar'd State sizing can be all over the place, please check measurements. Luckily this dress is very stretchy, I believe it could accommodate a medium, large or extra large, depending on your body shape. All measurements are approximate: Bust unstretched 17 inches. Bust stretched 21 inches. Waist unstretched 14 inches. Waist stretched 17 inches.
