Thank you for mentioning that. However, it's a regular whole sleeve. In the photos, it appears as 3/4 sleeve due to the fabric being loose on the arm. I added the description of the item in the photos also.

@sales_daily oh okay. i was actually looking at the measurement and I have super long arms so I typically need 23". i'm gonna go ahead and measure one of my shirts with the 19" and see how it looks. i'll get back to you.v
