Super cute Bitty Twins! Approx 2007 I believe. These have never been played with, just taken out of the box and admired :) not removed from their package until around 2022 actually. GREAT condition. The girl twin’s underwear does have a spot on it, when I acquired them (still in their box with rubber bands and all) it was there, so unsure what it is. I haven’t tried to get it out. They are well cared for, no obvious issues! I believe these are the complete outfits, underwear included.
