I bought this dress at a local vintage shop and it is adorable. Slightly big for me. I am a size 4 so I’d say it’s best for a size 6 or 8. Waist is 15” laying flat and length from waist to hem is 25”. Rayon material. Slight fraying in the inside but doesn’t not affect the look.
