VINTAGE Black Faux Patent Leather Shoulder Bag Clutch w/ Gold Detail

Vintage from 70s maybe. Could be later or sooner. It was my moms and she rarely used it. Only a couple marks as I pointed out in the pics. Looks like Jeanne Lottie but I cannot confirm. I can’t ask my mom unfortunately. Can be a purse or a clutch if you detach the strap. Faux patent leather (I’m assuming.). Lined in interior and has one zippered area for ID and money.
