1950s Vintage Off-White Womens Silk Hat net drop over face, sequins, & feathers - The hat is on a firm frame that holds it shape. The frame is cover in off-white silk with three off-white matching feathers on one side with a sequin base. There is a net that drops down to slightly covers the face.
