Has been well-loved but no scratches, big marks or rips. Some signs of wear. Two zippers a missing a piece but all function great! Some tarnishing on zipper but it’s not very bad. The chains are very well-made and heavy. The whole backpack and quite heavy and sturdy. It used to say the brand name on the bottom of the back but it came off due to wear.
