joygeous1 @juliahut hi it is in really good condition. I can try to make a video if that would help you make a decision. We (my husband and I) have been the only users and it was for business use. We don’t smoke but we do have 2 small doggies (Yorkies - they don’t shed) there won’t be any pet hair on it.

juliahut @joygeous1 ty! It’s hard to tell if the metal on the zippers rubbed off or if it’s just the lighting? You don’t have to go through the trouble of a video, just let me know please. Also, I understand the hesitation in uploading the serial number - but I would also like to see that tag even if you choose to black out the number, since there are a TON of replicas out there?

joygeous1 @juliahut There is very minimal paint worn off a few of the zipper pulls. I have added a picture of the serial number to the listing. It is authentic. I bought it direct from TUMI.
