Hi, this jacket is awesome. It is a two in one. You can wear both separately or insert the one jacket into the raincoat and it buttons on the neck. It is a size 4 women’s, but it actually fits better for a size 2. I just realized there are two stains that may be from food. Shown in pictures I imagine it can be dry cleaned or washed. I don’t have the energy to deal with it. I don’t think it’s that noticeable though. Priced low so you can take the risk. Enjoy!
