@ksdposhmark Hi! The interior top bungee closure (last photo) is missing. It's an easy fix that I've done myself a few times on previous backpacks. They sell kits to replace it on amazon for $9 or you can send the bag into Osprey to replace but it takes them a few weeks to get it back to you. Other than that, no tears or breaks! x
