New with tag Shailene dress from Rails in size XS, in the Montauk Stripe color. The dress is sleeveless, thick shoulder straps, has a square neck, comes down below the knee, and is white with stripes of various shades of blue and beige/peach. The dress is double-lined, the material feels gorgeous, and it is constructed beautifully. I love it but unfortunately it is just a little too small on me!
