The Bailey Coat is Samiah's signature coat. The front of the jacket has a high collar, contrasting front facing with buttons down the front and a hidden closure at waist. The Sleeves are fitted without being tight, and flare at the cuff line, contrasted with large buttoned cuffs. The Front is cut shorter than the back and the cascading hemline is trimmed with a contrasting band Women's captain style coat in maroon and gold floral brocade, one of her discontinued fabrics. Very heavy but very comfortable. Great addition to costuming or conversation wear. Size 13, but definitely not junior sized. I would compare to a size 14.
