Probably used once. Beautiful performance dress with built in tutu. One piece. Keyhole back. Great for ballet or ice skating or just her princess dress. Not sure of the size. Underarm to underarm is 11”. Or 22” chest around. Pictures show more green in the tutu. Colors are yellow n pink. The yellow can give off a hue of green. Lots of bling with sequins.
