Reformation Inka Black and White Floral Smocked/Shirred Dress (Size XS) If you enjoy neutrals over color, this sun dress is perfect for you! The elastic in the bodice is still nice and tight. The elastic in the sleeves are in good condition and can be worn on or off the shoulder.
