purseaholicny @thefashionpage no definitely not small I would say true to size maybe even a little bigger because it is stretching material so honestly honestly it clings to you and with the stretchiness I think it helps it’s not

purseaholicny @thefashionpage tight at all in my opinion the mesh sleeves are stretchy and the velvet is stretchy and it has a tie in the back to loosen and I hope that answers all your questions

purseaholicny @thefashionpage hi so the measurements of the dress are 31 inches long 19 inch across waist and 24 inch from shoulder to cuff like I said it does have a tie in the back to tighten and loosen the dress I believe if you are in between sizes this dress will fit you perfectly Ty😊
