This item is new with the tags still on it. Hard to find in stores these days. The culotte slip is 21" long to the bottom of the lace. The waist measures about 16" flat, with lots of stretch in the elastic. Culotte slips are great to wear under skirts and dresses and helps prevent/reduce chaffing.
