That will show you what they have sold for in the past, that’s what I do when I look for what to offer. The question I guess is if you’re looking for more than what they have sold for previously. That’ll help me determine what to do as far as making an offer :). And I’m so sorry you’re in this kind of situation, I know it can be stressful!
