This white dress from Grace Elements has a big full skirt. Elastic waist and tiny bow at neckline. It’s new with tags but unfortunately has a couple of small spots around neckline, shoulder and hem and the neckline elastic is worn from heat (pictured and discounted). Such a beautiful summer dress.
