This is a plus dressy blouse. Purple/violet with lots of ruffles. The neck and shoulders have dressy ruffles that make it unique. It’s long sleeves and 20.5” long. Has a one button closure in the back. Elastic at the wrist. Worn only once. Excellent used condition
