Alex Marie White Belted Dress Size 8

Helping my Mother-in law clear out her closets. This dress was worn once to an outdoor Wedding. Has 2 small spots near the hem (see photos) The included belt has a bit of wear around the hole for tightest buckling. Dress I'd fully lined, has 3 belt loops, 2 on either side of waist are intact but the securing threads for center of belt are present but hangs loose on one end - pictured
