Beautiful flag sewn by local Flagmakers Bisgrove Designs. This flag does not attach with a sleeve. There are 3 grommets. You will have to line it up to the pole and drill where the grommets line up. We use brass screws and wing nuts to attach.

rstoyer could you please tell me if this has any condition issues? Does it only have the three grommets on the top and none of them on the bottom?

jackie8580 @rstoyer There are no condition issues. I couldn't use it because it looked too big on the spot I wanted it for. So, other than putting it up, realizing it was too big for that spot, and taking it down, it's never been used.
