einlighteinmint @thelms hello! I don't know how to measure the cups but I added photos with the tape measure (in inches) for both the inside and outside. The inside looks like it has a push up padding at the bottom. I'm sure I didn't measure it right so please let me know if there's a better way.

I didn't measure the waist is 12" flat but it's a tie corset and adjustable. I'd recommend anywhere from a US size 2-8.

einlighteinmint @zanura I'm not sure the cup size but I added the tape measure measurements for both the inside and outside of the cups. If there is a more accurate way please let me know for I have never measured cups before.
