Vintage black Coach Rambler bag Creed number: F1D-9061 Glove tanned leather with a suede lining I purchased this bag from a seller on FB Marketplace last summer. When I got it, it was filthy. I gave it multiple baths with long soaks in vinegar and dish soap to clean it and remove some of the smoke smell that was on the bag. I've let it air out in the sun as well as sit in an airtight container with baking soda and other odor absorbers to help with the smoke smell. I've also recently cleaned it with saddle soap and conditioned it with a leather conditioner. It still has some smoke smell to it and I'm sure that with consistent use and more TLC, it will go away. It also has some green glitter(?) on the top that doesn't have texture, but does show up, as well as some normal wear markings on the back side of the purse and a little under the front flap (all shown in pictures). The leather is extremely smooth and I believe with a little leather dye, all of these could easily be fixed and it could look new. Unfortunately this isn't really my style of bag and only used it once. It's been stuffed to maintain the shape and I will ship it with the stuffing in it as well. It is missing the Coach leather tag.

goofysyd15 Hi the bag smells like smoke still? And is that mold on it?

megthompso @goofysyd15 hi! There is no mold on the bag, the leather dye has just rubbed off in some spots and can be easily fixed. Most of the smoke smell is gone, but I’m sensitive to it and can still smell it a little. I think putting a dryer sheet in it or using it more would help take the lingering smell out of it. Let me know if you have more questions!
