Vintage Unlabeled (homemade?) Tweed Wool Skirt - XS

This skirt is in great vintage condition. There is no maker's label and no material info. Could have been home or custom made. There is one label stapled into a seam, which gives a person's name and "Wed." What could that mean? I left it in because it adds to the overall character of this skirt and gives a clue as to its era. It's partially lined in the rear and has a rear zip with button closure. There's definitely wool, but I can't tell if it's a blend or 100%. Measurements: Waist: 24" Hips: 34" Length: 24" It does have some missed stitches, some moth holes in the lining, as pictured, and some discoloration. However, for its age, which I'm guessing could be between 60-70 years old, it's in great shape. Anyways, if you have questions about this, let me know.
